In same time we put at your disposal house drawing in order to be attached to the project made by an architect chosen by you.

Obtain construction authorization
Construction authorization is issued by mayor based on Urban Certificate, house project and other requested authorizations. From the moment this certificate was obtained, the construction of the house starts.

Making the foundation. Connection to utilities
No matter what will be the type of future house foundation (wood log, plots or concrete), you can build this on your own. But is very important to respect the project details and requests (like connection to utilities to be placed correctly).
Any geometric error can lead to big complications in the process of house installation.
To connect to utilities it is necessary to contact the local providers.

Soleta house manufacture components
In normal conditions the time to produce a Soleta house is 8 up to 12 weeks, but in special cases this time can be reduce to max. 15 days!
However, depending on a number of technical factors such as size of house, complexity of the project, the occupancy of production, this period may vary in both directions.

House transport to installation site
Transport costs for house components are mentioned separately in the annex and have to be paid before delivering.
Also, downloading the packages to destination and transport packages on site, if different from the place of discharge are other transport related services to be contracted separately.

Soleta house installing, finish and deliver to final customer
House assembling and finish will be done integral by a ANSONIA team.
After transporting the building kit, a 4 workers team will arrive to installation site with all the necessary tools required by this phase.
There will be a foundation checking done in accordance with house project and if everything will be perfect then they will proceed with house installation. Simultaneously will be the installation for the electric network, heating and plumbing, according to the project. Next comes the installation of floors, roof structure, roof covering, doors and windows.
After finalizing the installation proceed to house finishing. Once construction is done, ANSONIA team will clean the mount, removing traces, remains of site, construction helper, so after leaving the mounting place to remain in perfect order. Finally, the new owner will receive a maintenance documentation measures from us to be met for new house as well as a warranty certificate.
